His film directorial debut was "My Brother Jack", starring Marco Leonardi and Freddy Rodriguez. The film had its world premiere at the Hampton Film Festival and has won several awards including best Italian-American Film, best Actor, and best director, Naples Film Festival, The Maverick Film Award for best Director, The Method Festival, and four awards including best Director and best Italian-American Film, The- Brooklyn/Manhattan Film Festival. My Brother Jack was distributed by Castle Hill and released on ABC.
Kieran Angelini is an award-winning playwright/screenwriter. His first play, "At the Mat", was made into the movie "Dirty Business" and stars Grace Zabriskie, Tony Maggio, and Richard Reicheg. His play, "Anteroom", starring Charles Robinson, William Stanford Davis, and Jim Antoine, and directed by Cathleen Leslie, was produced by the Actors Studio in Los Angeles. "Loonacy", directed by Anthony Caldarella and starring Robert Costanzo and Ken Lerner, premiered at the Lee Strasberg Theatre in Los Angeles. Mr. Angelini is a member of the Writer/Director Unit at the Actors Studio.
Michael Edward Staley is Vice-Chair of the Steamboat Springs Film Committee. He began working as a stage manager in college, where he was also a projectionist at two local cinemas (showing 16mm and 35mm). He produces independent features and short films of all genres. Michael is thrilled to be working again with director Anthony Caldarella.
